¿Con qué televisiones funciona?
Con Smart TV Samsung con sistema Tizen, de 2016 en adelante. El iPhone y la tele tienen que estar en la misma red Wi-Fi (la tele puede ir por cable al mismo router). Estamos trabajando en añadir más marcas.
La app no encuentra mi tele
Comprueba que la tele está encendida y conectada a la misma red que el iPhone, y que Mandu tiene permiso de Red local (Ajustes del iPhone › Mandu). También puedes añadirla a mano con su IP: en la tele, Ajustes › General › Red › Estado de red.
La tele no me pide permiso o rechaza la conexión
La primera vez, la tele muestra un aviso para permitir «Mandu Remote»: acéptalo con el mando. Si lo rechazaste, bórralo en la tele en Ajustes › General › Administrador de dispositivos externos › Administrador de conexión de dispositivos › Lista de dispositivos, y en Mandu usa «Olvidar emparejamiento» en los ajustes de la tele.
No consigo encender la tele
Activa en la tele Encendido con dispositivo móvil (Ajustes › General › Red › Ajustes expertos). Mandu necesita la dirección MAC de la tele; normalmente la rellena sola. Si la tele lleva mucho rato apagada y está por Wi-Fi, puede no despertar: con cable de red al router funciona de forma mucho más fiable.
¿Cómo quito los anuncios? ¿Y si cambio de iPhone?
En Ajustes de Mandu › Quitar anuncios. Es un pago único. En un iPhone nuevo con el mismo Apple ID, pulsa «Restaurar compras».
¿Para qué pide el micrófono?
Solo para la búsqueda por voz, cuando tú pulsas el botón del micrófono. El texto se envía únicamente a tu tele. Más detalles en la política de privacidad.

Which TVs work?
Samsung Tizen smart TVs from 2016 onwards, on the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone. More brands are coming.
The app can't find my TV
Make sure the TV is on and on the same network, and that Mandu has Local Network access (iPhone Settings › Mandu). You can also add the TV by IP address.
The TV doesn't ask for permission or rejects the connection
Accept the "Mandu Remote" prompt on the TV. If you denied it, remove it in TV Settings › General › External Device Manager › Device Connection Manager › Device List, then tap "Forget pairing" in Mandu.
The TV won't turn on
Enable Power On with Mobile on the TV (Settings › General › Network › Expert Settings). Wake-on-LAN is much more reliable with the TV connected by Ethernet.
Removing ads
Mandu Settings › Remove ads (one-time purchase). On a new device, tap "Restore purchases".
